Laggy performance on HTPC

Hi,



I have been working on my pc builds for years. Recently I got the last 2 pieces my 125in elite screen and projector.

I am having an issue with emulation and lag however in the emulation software. I have an i5, gtx 750 ti windforce 4gb, 8gb of ram. When playing my ps2, in games like viewtiful joe and mortal kombat shoalin monks I'm getting lag still. Not as bad as it was but without a card but still annoying. Is there another small card such as this that anyone recommends?
